    Dear Redbrick offices team

I would like to report to you that me and my colleague Pooja Solanki are former colleagues and friends of Ms Farhat Ansari who works for Adlift in your Kaledonia, Andheri east office space.

Since Pooja and I work in the same building in the Regus work space, we often visit Farhat and her colleagues and over a chat have green tea or soup from your common nescafe dispenser.

Today since we went to meet her and her colleagues, Farhat wasn’t there so we greeted her colleagues Madhuri and Anil, and Pooja and I had a cup each of the soup from the dispenser.

A gentleman named Pashang questioned us and very humiliatingly asked us why we were here and asked to pay Rs 25 each for the soup. As far as I know coffee dispensers are allowed for even friends and clients of your the occupier at co working spaces so insulting us like this was very unethical and unprofessional.

We have none the less paid him Rs 100 (Rs 25 each for a cup of soup + Rs 25 for a refill + Rs 25 as tip for occupying the space for 5 minutes!!!)

I am so glad our company did not consider taking up space at Red brick with such unprofessional people you have hired.

If there was a problem with our presence he could have ideally called Farhat who would’ve informed us to not come to her office! That would’ve been a far more polite and professional way to deal with outsiders.

PS: Farhat too comes to visit us in our office but Regus would never ask money for a cup of coffee from her from the common dispenser, even if I wasn’t present!

And yes Adlift office space has been paid for 5 people but its been occupied by only 3 people so if two people once in a while have coffee from your dispenser it would still be whole lot of saving for you!!

Apalled by your business model and staff behaviour!

The co-working spaces they have to offer are very well maintained. The ambience here is incredible and has the right blend of a serious and youthful vibe to it. Its a great place to work at and honestly, one couldn’t ask for a better work environment

This co-working space is fairly near the Andheri station. The staff are prompt and friendly, however their monthly office rates are a tad on the expensive side.

When I visited this center, most of the individuals were seen not using the offices at all, but using their hotseat plan.

I was not aware of their 1 day pass model, however, this co-working space would be ideal for a small boutique consulting firm looking to house a 1-2 man team in the city.
