What will a Growth Hacker do:

Nourish and develop long term relationships with customers in our present countries.
Develop and launch programs and campaigns to increase customer base
Thrive for better customer experience at Kowrk across all geographies.
Manage Digital Media presence.
Lead marketing initiatives by aligning efforts with suppliers and customers.
Manage relationship with product development team and focus on improving and enhancing the platform.
Strategize and support pivoting business models to test new and different ideas.
Hire new talent to grow the team & mentor juniors to create leaders for tomorrow.
Establish process and procedures to improve performances.

We are looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing & Sales.
Strong understanding and experience of Digital Media marketing.
Bachelors degree in any field from a reputed institution with evidence of academic excellence.
Immaculate verbal &written English, excellent communicator and a problem-solver.
Thrives in uncertainty and is constantly striving for improvement.
Able to focus on process and continuous improvement of teams and product.
