Kowrk is a platform that enables this future of work by connecting users with coworking spaces, business centers and other providers of shared offices.
What will you do:
Launch new markets throughout Europe and North America.Nourish and develop long term relationships with suppliers in our present countries.
Scale the business vertically and horizontally – add different types of listings on the platform across countries
Support marketing initiatives by aligning efforts with suppliers, launch and manage co-promotional programs with value add partners
Manage relationship with product development team and focus on improving and enhancing the platform.
Strategize and support pivoting business models to test new and different ideas.
Hire new talent to grow the team & mentor juniors to create leaders for tomorrow.
Establish process and procedures to improve performances.
Handle the backend customer support for queries and issues.
We are looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management
Bachelors degree in any field from a reputed institution with evidence of academic excellence
Immaculate verbal &written English, excellent communicator and a problem-solver
Thrives in uncertainty and is constantly striving for improvement
Able to focus on process and continuous improvement of teams and product
One who’s an operator and an entrepreneur at once
